The resulting sous vide ribeye yumminess!

Cooked to exactly the temperature you want inside with a nice golden brown and delicious sear on the outside with her new grill gun.  Alton Brown would be proud.  I have to say, it was even better than what we got in the restaurant…, and she didn't even start with as good of a cut of meat.  That's my girl❣️
