It was sure worth the time and effort to get to the summit. Enjoyable trail and views along the way and a spectacular finish. This was at 10,000 feet. That's roughly as high as you can get by vehicle or cog train most places in the world. Any higher than that and you are probably engaging a Sherpa and manual hiking it's crazy to think about something like Everest being 27,000 feet above sea level…
