This is "cacao sorbet". Made from the raw fruit used to make chocolate. It's hard to describe what it tasted like. So unique, refreshing, sweet and flavorful. In it's frozen state it's very "fragile" so the only way you can have it is when the make it fresh right there. A truly fun and yummy experience. Good call Jewels!
