What a nice setting for enjoying this. Imagine the view of the ocean one direction, the junblgte mountains in the other, a gentle breeze, and a nice open air pavilion shading us from the sun. Then pair it with the perfect chocolate and coffee… WOW!
What's interesting is that nobody really grows coffee or chocolate in Hawaii. It's too arid. However, the couple folks that decided to do it for a hobby have found that the stress to the plants by cultivating them in these climates provides a very unique and nice range of flavors. They've both won world competition awards for the flavors of their respective coffees and chocolates for several years running.
