Warwick Castle is a medieval castle developed from a wooden fort, originally built by William the Conqueror during 1068. At one point, my grandma traced our lineage back to William him so I claimed this one as my vacation home. ;)
The history and breadth of these types of castles is hard to take in all at once. I thought this picture gave it my best effort.
