Yeah, they ruined college football… I saw this coming when they started letting them go pro after two years of school. Between the politics of sports, and paying them, it's not really any different than the pros anymore. Then again, they are training and working these kids like pros, so they might as well get paid for it. Maybe I should take up watching high school games. But they're getting too serious too. 🤪
It is cool that he's donating it to a good cause. Not knocking that at all. I just miss the variability of lower level sports, the give it everything you got approach as you try to make a name for yourself and hope you get picked up, etc.
