Three feet!

I figured out that the bottom of on wheel could be three feet higher than the one on the other side.  Because the axles can articulate so much, that means that even with a three foot height difference, and the slope of the axle being 30º, that the Jeep is only sitting at a 14º angle.  It keeps all four wheels on the ground, the vehicle stable, and the passengers (at least a little) more comfortable. ;)
