Being a HAM, I got nominated to be the "radio guy" for my Jeep club. The traditional, US USB serial converters don't work with the current versions of Windows so I have been having to use an old computer and it is a pain to drag around. Enter these Bluetooth adapters and an app on the phone and now I can read and write anytime anywhere.
We'd been having trouble with some of the frequencies when on public rides. I debugged it and figured out we had some of the frequencies off a little bit. So, I found the right ones and made new files. I guess I know how I got nominated as the radio guy… hahaha.
