I went on a heart healthy hike last weekend

Waynesville and the ODNR coordinated a 3 mile hike starting at Pioneer Village on Valentine's Day. Zoe and I went along.  We hiked out to the waterfalls and flat rock face fork and enjoyed nature and the scenery along the way!
