I got these fancy grinder wheels that are supposed to cut anything, be able to flush grind, last forever, run cool and spark less… Problem is they came with a metric thread instead of SAE. Sooooooo, Julie asked me why I didn't just re-thread the hub…? Good question. After a little checking, I realized I could drill out the the old threads, get the right tap, and fix them right up. It worked well, and for the price a tap, I don't have to send them back for exchange! Now let's see if they hold up to all their promises. I am letting Andy use one, that will tell us for sure!
