I decided to just keep walking past the bridge and see where it would lead me across the German mountainsides. The trail got a little sketchy along the way, but when it did, at least someone had made things to hold onto. I'm glad I had a little water and food with me. I always have some since you never know when you might unexpedectly need or want to hike for hours through the woods and over the mountains…?! Sometimes it leads to adventure! ;)
