Well, this is the perfect breakfast after a longer ride. Bacon, Eggs and toast. Get my carbs and protein back.
I rode 40 miles (to Cedarville and back) with my buddy Bill this morning. We were back by 9:30 so that was good. he hung tough and kept up! Not many people, I know, could... ;)
We averaged over 16mph. Topped out at 30mph on the flat. This distance makes riding to work (16 miles one way) seem easy. I found out my route is legal for bikes, so no excuses now...
