 Neither of us got the first trick. Then he got the next three tricks. I managed to land a Lunar during a competition. That’s growth for me. :)

Wow, I bought my new setup just in time!

I'm about ready to compete and noticed that my cup chipped.  It's still viable, but glad I have a good backup!

You can get them in pendants and earrings too

This is going to be my next kendama setup.  Trying a Higgs tama and a new brand of ken since I like the Purple Heart accents of course….

I sat in the warm and enjoyed my lunch instead of standing outside in a line that wasn't moving.  I have enough left over for dinner too!

Priority number one: get some lunch!

This is one of my favorite spots to eat in Nashville.  Andy and I stumbled on it once at an NRA show.  Peg Leg Porker, some GOOD ribs!

Lining up for Battle at the Border a week ago

This is the kendama contest Andy and I usually compete in.  This year, I had to go it alone since he couldn't get off work.  There were LOTS of people!  500 or so competitors.  Here you can see them lining up to get in.  The line goes all the way down to the end of the building then back to the door!

Another nice day for a cold walk.

It works nicely then the dogs oppose each other.  I'm in trouble if they decided they both want to go the same direction.  At that point, I'm just along for the ride hahahaha.

This isn't even everybody!  Laura had to take the pic.  It's just fun to eat and laugh with whoever is able to join.  We're almost double this size if Ian, Isaac, Zac and Emily were there with their significant others❣️

Happy birthday mom!

We put together an impromptu gathering.  It's fun to get the kids together.  It just worked out that all the local ones could join.  It's nice that we manage to average a get together every month or so.

Or is she just trying to act out her role in the game we were playing?!  We all had fun celebrating her birthday and playing this game where you had to act out various words.  It's funny to see the different forms of laughter on our faces.
