Meanwhile, back in current day, I have caught up on my yard work this year.

The bushes, paths, pond, and weeds are all trimmed and beaten back into submission once again.  Of course, Zoe had to "help" me by reminding me that I should stay in the shade.  Julie brought me some berries, she'd just picked, to keep me going.
