I was digging through our archives with my mom and found this. It was wrapped in the newspaper it's sitting on. The picture is the Bill Barton that my grandfather was named after and he is pictured in his World War 1 uniform.
Interestingly, the newspaper wrapping the frame was celebrating the return of the Iranian hostages. Interesting coincidence and combination of eras!
