This is exactly the problem... A congressman who's is voting not for his constituents, but rather those who specifically are NOT... And worse yet, he readily admits it. If you aren't eligible to vote, you don't have a voice. That's the way it is supposed to work... Who are the only people in the country not eligible to vote...? Think about that for a minute... Let's see: criminals, and well - criminals (visa and green card holders exempted, because they are working their way to get a vote) Lets make sure we vote on behalf of them.
