Why are you wearing a blood sugar monitor, you don’t have diabetes?!

Exactly!

Medical science is discovering that all they've been telling us since the mid-80s about how to eat healthy is wrong.  What are some of the big diseases we see around us?
Diabetes
Heart disease
Alzheimers
Cancer
Fatty Liver disease

•When did these appear on the scene, starting about the mid-90s… Why?
•What if I told you the same cause is at the root of all these?!
•What if I said we could reverse the symptoms of these, and even cure some of them.

Ok, here's the boring science part, but I'm the type of person that has to understand what's happening before I can embrace it.  When you eat, your body has a switch that puts you in store or burn mode.  That switch is controlled by our bodies insulin response to sugar intake.  If you're taking in much sugar, your body tells you to store the calories you eat.  If you take in enough sugar that switch stays flipped.  That means you store most of the calories you take in AND it causes all kinds of metabolic problems.

Sugar comes in many forms: candy, potatoes, bread, grains, corn syrup, sweeteners, soda.  It sneaks in a LOT of places too: Juices, extracts, substitutes, dressings, "natural" flavorings, sauces.

Here's the shocking part.  They're now finding that this messed up metabolism causes the onset of all these terrible diseases!!!

How do you reverse that?  Eliminate sugars and grains from your diet.  NSNG = No sugars, no grains.  How do you know you've done that, monitor your blood sugar then you know it's working!  It also teaches you very quickly how to keep your switch properly flipped.  The best part, if you eliminate them, you stop craving them too.

Magically, an NSNG diet means, you aren't storing your calories, and that solves the obesity problem as a byproduct!  Nothing like knocking out a sixth big problem in the process.  Hit me up if you want to know more or want some guidance.  It's worked really well for my family and me over the last three years.  I can also share the other benefits I've noticed… It's been a shocking revelation!

•Don't even get me started on sugar substitutes or seed oils… Avoid them!
•Bonus item: Ask me about coconut oil, its benefits for mental function, and how YUMMY it is in coffee!
