I finally found it with a little weather app that lets you customize the data to put in its complications (Apple's word for the little sections you can add to your watch face. You can see the one in the lower left. I get the current pressure, a trend arrow, and a bar graph of how the pressure compares to historical extremes. As a bonus I was able to also pic the current "feels like" temperature and weather conditions (sunny). Lots of info! :)
