I keep hearing people say, "what's the problem with ALWAYS requiring a background check?"

Another way to word this would be "what's wrong with having to ask the government for permission to exercise a right?"

The problem comes when these "rules" take away your rights, by "mistake". This week, the administration announced that if a mistake is made you're out of luck. You have no recourse, they're not going to process appeals. So, your left with no right to bear arms, no due process, and no means to have them legally restored...

You go from being a law abiding citizen to DENIED YOUR RIGHTS and there's not a darn thing you can do about it.

Scary?

Having had an administrative mistake made on my record, I know just how impossible these can be to get fixed!
