The sacrifices I make for work... I'll give you a hint, B, C, D!

Zoombezi Bay et al!

What fun we had at the water parks.  Johnny had a hurt foot, so I carried him to and up every ride. A total of twenty five times.  Each ride, four stories tall...  I lot of "I love you dad" moments.  Worth every step!

Johnny was proud of his first shooting class. 20 rounds at 25 feet and only 4 out of the 10 ring!

Anyone who knows my dad knows that he insisted on carrying hankies. When he walked into heaven yesterday, he didn't need them anymore. So, we kept a few for ourselves. I gave one to each of my boys and was pleased with how much it meant to them. Andy asked Julie to put his initial on his to keep it straight. He also asked her to write this message on it. Andy meant he was waiting to see his Grampy again when Andy gets to heaven, but it works both ways.

My song from God

My song from God by FlickPics88
My song from God, a photo by FlickPics88 on Flickr.

I get in my car to drive home and tell my boys of their Grampy's death and home going. This is the song that comes on when I start the car. I am glad. Peaceful. Our debt is paid in full. Find the words to this song. Read them, listen to them and may you enjoy the salvation that binds our hearts to Him and holds us in perfect peace as we usher those we love fully, into the waiting arms of Jesus.

Goodbye for now, Dad. I'll see ya when I see ya. <3

A Lego air compressor

A great day of fun at the water park with my family. Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone!

A Lego air compressor

My new Lego set uses this offset shaft to drive the piston on this cylinder thereby forcing a little air out the tube with each revolution. This, in turn, powers the cylinders which activate the boom lift.
