Johnny put himself together pretty nicely for his homeschool prom...!
Quite a sharply dressed young man. Thanks to Ian and dad, this costume only cost him one bow tie and a dry cleaning bill - that's it!

Julie goes to school...
I am so impressed by all the work Julie puts into teaching the boys...! Also, I never knew she had such beautiful printing until she stated taking notes for her second trip through school. haha. I love all the color coding, details, and diagrams! She takes the classes with the boys to make sure she can answer their questions and clarify their struggles. These are a couple pages out of her math notes. She calls the multi-volume set her magnum opus!
I love you, my wife!

Beautiful night
Another shot, just standing in the parking lot, handholding my camera. The clouds had just started to cover the full moon.
It’s mowing season again.
I got the tractor all ready for the year and managed to get the yard mowed. It's been a while since I did it myself, but with the kids working and school, I figured I would give them a break, this week. I forgot how much I enjoy it sometimes.

A good example of using HDR photography.
High dynamic range lets the airplane and the sky maintain usable detail even while looking right into, and being backlit with the sun...

Fun with family photography! See them all in the link below
A bunch of us enjoyed roaming the RiverScape area to celebrate Isaac's birthday. A few of us brought various cameras and captured the scene from ground level to birds-eye view.
You can see them all here. I have them sorted by order taken. You can guess the photographer on some of them... ;)
Did you notice that was two dogs, yesterday?
I still see one if I only look at the head. It switches back and forth. Julie was watching a video and just happened to pause it at a place that caused this illusion.

Looking back upriver towards downtown Dayton.
You can see the YMCA building in the lower right. That's where my dad stayed when he first moved to Ohio to start working at Delco.
