Our worlds collide :)
Johnny has been begging me to Google up "pop fizz monster" and play it. He heard it in a Skylanders video and he said it was his new favorite. So I finally go and find it. Turns out it is a song called Monster by a Christian band I like. I already had it saved as a favorite on my phone. Johnny just thought that was great that we had both favorited it. ;)
It actually has a pretty good message in it from Romans talking about our sin nature wanting to come out.

Retirement
After 8 years it is finally time to retire my steel toe boots. I can't believe the abuse I've put these through. I can't recommend them highly enough. Timberland Pro Series, $99 on Amazon. I wear them for 12 hour+ days of heavy labor and my feet are still comfortable at the end of the day. I've dropped countless pieces of steel, etc. on my toes and haven't felt a thing. They are great for kicking things into or out of place, too. Here's a contrast of a new and gently used specimen!

I promised dad I'd clean up Waynesville. I didn't know how serious I was! ;) I'm happy with what we've all been able to accomplish in 8 weeks. Thank you all, Mom, Dad and God.
I just realized something horrible!
I thought I'd stop and get some Zingers for old time's sake. It was at that moment that I realized the world's best pies will no longer be available! So sad. The ruining of a country, one step at a time...
