While Daisy was doing her "business" this morning, she apparently freaked out the squirrels in their house because they both came flying out into the tree! One of them was so freaked out he miss stepped and hit the ground with a thud. Daisy must of been concentrating because she missed the whole thing! Silly dog!

Busy day.
I worked my fingers to the bone yesterday. I cut up a tree or two that I had cut down a little while ago. Good news, I still have all of my fingers. The result is a LOT of wood I'm hoping someone will haul away for me.

I love my boy.
Johnny was laying here with me and I was about to tell him how much I loved him. He beat me to it with a big, "Dad, I love you sooooo much!". Sweet kids. Worth every minute of effort. :)

I don't know how
Johnny is learning how to fly my helicopter. Somehow he managed to get it to land/get it stuck in the table legs. It's actually suspended by the rotors about an inch off the ground.

What a nice day
It's a (rare) good day to be working outside. I've chopped up a tree and cleaned the gutters and back porch.
I love my family. I stuck my head in the door for something and hear a timer ringing. Just then, johnny says, "Mom, your alien's ready!". Haha. What fun.

Hmmm
Now this is interesting. We have a couple of pictures where Andy and Madison have sought out each other to sit and be friends. We tease about her being Andy's "girl". Well, we are over at Julie's mom and dad's yesterday, and Andy comes running out saying we should come see the picture of his friend that's a girl. He drags us in to point to this picture of Julie when she was a little girl. When asked who it was, Andy insisted it was Madison (also shown here from Awana). I do see the similarities (deep expressive eyes, high cheek bones, similar haircut, rosebud lips)... I guess we are attracted to what we see around us (our parents...)?
